30-day money-back guarantee

OR Tambo Airport Parking offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all bookings. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Free cancellation window

In addition to the 30-day guarantee, you can cancel any confirmed booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your check-in time, and we'll process a full refund.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net, enter the email address you used at checkout, and follow the prompts; or
• Contact us via our contact page with your booking reference and we'll help you through the process.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
