1. Who you are contracting with

These terms form a binding agreement between you and OR Tambo Airport Parking("we", "us", "our"), the operator of ortamboparking.xyz. By using the site or making a booking you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have authority to bind your organisation) and you agree to these terms.

2. The service

We operate a directory and booking platform connecting travellers with independent valet and park-and-ride operators serving OR Tambo International Airport. The parking service itself is delivered by the operator you select, who is responsible for handling, storing and returning your vehicle.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to make speculative or false bookings;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • introduce malware, probe, scan, scrape or otherwise interfere with the service's security or integrity;
  • resell or redistribute the service without our written consent.

4. Account information

You must provide accurate booking and contact information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity carried out under your booking reference.

5. Payment, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all right, title and interest in the website, software, branding, content and underlying technology. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the purpose of making and managing bookings.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access (and cancel pending bookings) for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the fees you paid for the booking that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
